Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you in such cases.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Weight & size of the products
    • Order value
  • Bulk / B2B orders may have different shipping charges. Our team may contact you to confirm freight details before dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier partner and location.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message/email with tracking details.
  • Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

6. Packaging

  • All household cleaning products are securely packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
