Cancellation Policy
At Krivan by HUMG Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with their order number.
- Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Cancellation by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment not received or payment failure
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, bank, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable once dispatched.
Bulk / Wholesale Orders
- Bulk or wholesale orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as these are processed specially as per order requirements.
- Please contact us before placing bulk orders for clarification.
